Effective immediately, this strategic move represents a significant milestone for both companies. Powerling and OXO will leverage their combined strengths to deliver unparalleled and innovative solutions, further reinforcing the company’s leadership in the global content market.

With a strong presence in Europe and the United States and backed by private equity, Powerling has been on a steady growth trajectory, marked by recent acquisitions in Benelux. The company will now leverage OXO’s experience and presence in the Canadian, US, and Latin American markets. The transaction will enable Powerling to offer an expanded range of services, leveraging cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of global brands.

Pierrick Mathieu, who founded Powerling with his wife, Anette Van de Loo, will continue to lead the company as Chief Executive Officer, bringing his visionary approach to innovation in language technology and services. According to Pierrick, “Together, we will create, manage, adapt and publish our clients’ content—on every platform, in every language and to every audience.”

Charles Lespérance will assume the role of Vice President of Americas and Chief M&A Officer, and Fabiano Cid will take on the role of Chief Solutions Officer. Both Charles and Fabiano will join as shareholders and directors of the Powerling Board.

This encompasses all kinds of customization to meet clients’ needs, including innovative solutions around artificial intelligence (AI), machine translation (MT), large language models (LLMs), Generative AI, web portals and APIs, TMS implementation and support, data collection, and more.

The consolidated revenues for 20252024 are expected to reach $35 million, equally distributed between Europe and the Americas, with a focus on the core verticals of life sciences, manufacturing, regulated industries, retail, and technology. Powerling’s ambition is to reach $45 million by 2027 by maintaining its 10% YOY organic growth and exploring further M&A opportunities.
