With his solid track record in business management and organizational transformation, Gardiner brings more than 19 years’ experience in the information technology industry, in which he has held key positions in the management and growth of benchmark companies. Prominent among his main strengths are his experience in company integration, business strategy development, team transformation, and talent management, all skills that will be essential for the next stage of Seprotec’s growth.
Before joining Seprotec, Gardiner was CEO of SAS Iberia, where he successfully led the company’s transformation and growth. He has also been a Senior Advisor with PwC and has held leadership positions in Deutsche Telekom AG and SYBASE (SAP), consolidating his reputation as a leader in business strategy and development internationally.
Gardiner has a law degree from the University of Deusto and completed ESADE’s executive program, which bolsters his ability to lead with vision and adaptability in highly competitive environments.
